We offer a full money back guarantee for any livestock that is dead upon arrival. We allow you a 6 hour window from the time of delivery confirmation to report any DOA livestock. In addition, we offer a 48 hour guaranteed life policy. If your livestock completely dies within 48 hours of delivery we will issue you a store credit for the livestock. In order to be eligible for store credit, the livestock must be completely dead within 48 hours of delivery and you must email a picture of the deceased organism (out of water) to within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Returns on dry goods

We cannot accept returns for dry goods that have been opened or used. If your item is defective, e-mail us at with pictures of the defective product.


Once your return email is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/credit. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/credit for any reason of our choosing.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
